Although I seriously doubt that the Wii will though, since the only Wii game ever to have gotten DLC was MegaMan9, and that wasn't a retail game.

The older games were Sonic at his best.

Sonic labyrinth? Sonic 3D? (okay I guess there were people that liked that one but I didnt.)

Who says the Wii-exclusive characters need to be DLC? The Wii version could have them built-in from the off.

However, I thought the recent Wii system update made it possible for DLC and stuff anyway? So it COULD happen that way too.

Seriously, though, if they are to include some exclusive character, I think it'll just be a Mii or something.

but yeah, if there are bonus characters I think its more likely they're going to be hidden content, or even available at the outset. Think Soul Calibur II. And like Soul Calibur II, the 360 version will probably have characters that don't have anything to do with the Xbox brand.

This thing isn't unheard of. I'm picturing Ratchet in his ship, Kratos in a chariot, and Sackboy riding a car he made himself.

Sonic has always sucked.
