(Note: I have nicknames for all the Links, all of them. I'll probably add a key at the bottom. Also, there will be plenty of Wii "U" puns.)

So, what's up with U, Link? U look like Albi and Time had a child, crossed with a bit of Windy. I think Time is going to swoop in and steal his ponytail back.
Also, your Final Fantasy-esque bow is quite new to the series.
I'm pop flyin' that the Zelda U development team went for open-world mechanics. Now I don't have to take the path up Death Mountain, I can figure out my OWN way.
Hyrule Warriors Link seems cool as well, though not as interesting as U. I mean, you kind of look... female. What's up with that? I mean, I have no problems with a girl being the hero for once, but seriously-U ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A MAN, that's how U were designed. I can accept Engi and Windy being "cute", but not U.
And, I see Epona finally gets to be in the spotlight again. After a boat and a bird have tried to steal her thunder, she just comes right back!
I wonder, who will be the Navi-type character here? There's been one for every Zelda since '98.
Now that the endless rambling has come to a close...
Potato Soup Out!

(Time=Ocarina of Time Link)
(Albi=A Link Between Worlds Link)
(Windy=Wind Waker Link)
(Engi= Spirit Tracks Link)
(These nicknames come from an impossibly complicated fan fiction, so don't credit me for them...)

The thread titled "Legend of Zelda" is founded on the early E3 news of Skyward Sword. I believe I have a right to post new E3 stuff in a new thread. Would you like to argue my MY GOD-GIVEN RIGHT TO SAY WHATEVER THE FUCK I WANT AND DISREGARD ALL CONSEQUENCES TO WHAT I SAY? Oh, and also, if you clicked on a Zelda U post just to tell me I'm in the wrong place, maybe you should've just left it alone. People who go online just to be rude to others are known as trolls.

That's merely when the thread was started; the thread is meant for all discussion relating to the Legend of Zelda series. TerraChimera is right and was just being helpful and pointing out that you should post stuff like this in threads that are already established, rather than filling the forum with new threads. You don't need to get all huffy about this.

Terra's correct, that right there is the general Zelda thread, so you can post thoughts about Zelda U right over there. Since you're new to the forum, I'd suggest introducing yourself in thr Introduction thread, abd having a read over the rules!
