Same. When 9/11 happened, I remember seeing two buildings fall on the tv screen in my kitchen, and thinking nothing of it. At school, I had no idea why everyone was so sad. Seriously. I didn't even know what had happened till I got home and it was still on tv and I was like "GEEZ, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THOSE THINGS TO FALL?" My family all glared at me. XD;

Haha, nice. It happened around 9:00 AM, and I didn't even hear about it until technology class (woodshop or whatever you want to call it) after lunch (about 1:00) when the principal came on and made an announcement. I never saw a thing of it until I got home. Other teachers had the tv on and pretty much did nothing but watch the news, but none of mine.

Everyone I know thinks Bizarro is a really good one-panel-comic. It continues on in the tradition of The Far Side, but uses new forms to tell jokes, instead of the same old aliens, farm animals, and fat people.

As a side note, I really want to get some friends together and play Calvinball someday.

Bizarro is really hit and miss for me. Sometimes the jokes are funny, but sometimes they're either too "blah blah blah I hate Bush" or "blah blah blah I'm a vegetarian." Most of the time, though, they just aren't funny.
