Hotline Miami (Videogame Gore Warning)

Hello everybody I would like to draw your attention to this game right here:

Hotline Miami is a top-down, 2D, surreal, neon-bloodbath slaughterhouse with a lot of creepy animal masks.
The game takes a lot of it's inspiration from the film Drive, if Drive was weirder, directed by David Lynch, and had more unsettling phone calls.
I bring this up now because right now it's on sale on Steam for $5 and it's probably the best $5 you'll spend in a while.

I've been hearing about this game and it sounded interesting, but seeing those trailers definitely sold it to me. Cheers, will try to get my hands on it.

So I finally got around to playing this and finished it tonight. It was great, the way all the elements of the game worked together to form one delightful, violent and estranging mess was artistic.

with the biker. Man, this is tough.

I'm excited to reach the end, though. The storyline is addicting.

So I heard that the sales for this game were dissapointing, despite seeing quite a bit of talk about it online. Anyone got some more info on that?

This news is exciting enough to bring me out of hiding. Really looking forward to this sequel and apparently it's planned to be out by the end of the year.
