In Batman Arkham city in Penguin's lair where those guys have the heat goggles. Every time anyone got near me I would panic and run. Plus when they take that hostage. That was difficult to sneak up on and beat. And when you're doing that last stealth level with Hugo Strange. You were really stealthy and about to take someone out, but then Hugo strange pops up and tells everyone your location and you die. Plus that last part with all the snipers.
