If this thread is about video game Nightmare Fuel features and moments, please edit your first post to reflect that.

Eurgh Dead Space 2, honestly I never felt relaxed that entire game, even when I knew what I was doing.

Also clickers from The Last Of Us. Jesus the first time I saw a moving one I paused and just left the room for a few minutes.
