The Zoroark transforms into an Entei, so of course we expect the next thing to be that it runs away. The twist is that it's Katie's Raikou who runs away instead.

There, I ruined the joke by explaining it. :colbert:

Although derp face entei looks funny. The comic would be better if the first panel was done from a different angle and different script and the second panel had some other pokemon. I think the joke is getting lost in there.

You didn't need to watch the movie.
It's based on an in-game event where you went to GameStop to download the shiny versions of the legendary dogs onto your Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HG/SS versions.
You then transfer them to Black or White to activate the Zoroark event where it transforms into one of the dogs you don't send out.
