(So apparently, just making them green isn't enough. They need to actually connected. How lame.)

Petah, read the instructions. All you have to do is make a closed loop of green pipes. You don't need to use every one.

Unless I decide to make some dapper pipes or something silly.

The part where you could complete the level without using all the pipes was actually just a really exploitable bug. But it's fixed now! Use all the pipes! Argh!
