Quoted from Verom: "This is totally useless, IT JUST LINKS YOU TO THE SITE, why not just go to the site, instead...........this is bafflingly stupid."

View the video. It shows the RSS feed working perfectly with no flaws whatsoever. If it isn't working for you, then you probably don't know how to implement them correctly.

Video showing the RSS feed working perfectly.
RSS Feed for Awkward Zombie.

Quoted from Odds: "WE DON'T WANT YOUR DUMB RSS FEED"

I am sorry, but you are horribly incorrect. Many people that go to this forum do in fact want an RSS feed. This explains the many locked threads of people practically begging for them. Unless you have been so blind as to not notice them. However, if you don't want to use the feed, then you don't have to.

As proof, here are some links to three different threads that have requested an RSS feed.

Example 1
Example 2
Example 3

Now why even make an RSS feed in the first place if most won't use it? Well...

I only clicked the first link on there, but that doesn't change the fact that most rss feeds have the comic right no the feed, no need for clicking each link individually

Is it really so hard to take 2 extra seconds to actually go to a site? is it?
Even if some sites are blocked at school or at work or whatever, READ THEM LATER. THEY ARE COMICS, THEY AREN'T GOING ANYWHERE

Here is the point: You get people asking all the time for an RSS feed, right? Doesn't that get annoying? Well if they get what they want, then they will stop asking and making pointless threads. It's a win-win situation, they get what they want, the forum leaders don't need to bother with them anymore.

RSS feeds are serious business.

QUESTION:

Why do you even want an RSS feed? I'm confused. I've functioned quite well without one for the past two years.

Me? Personally I don't use it and never will.

The only reason why I made it is to shut the whiners up about constantly making threads about RSS feeds.

You have yet to give a reason for an rss, other than to prevent threads

So..

you made two threads about RSS feed threads to solve the problem of people making RSS feed threads?

You want another reason why I made an RSS? Okay, here it goes.

I got bored playing MMOs, and decided to check up on Awkward Zombie. I stumbled over to the forums and read some threads. I got the idea to make an RSS feed. It took me less than ten minutes.

You're making it seem like stopping trolls is a bad thing. Honestly, the RSS feed is only there for those who want it.

1000 times this

You aren't helping, your rss is poorly made, people will still complain
