In all honesty, people really need to let this "Ridley le Smash" thing go.

He isn't a character. He's just a space dragon that roars. He doesn't have a personality, he is just a tenacious obstacle in Samus's path, who happens to be part of her past.

Oh and don't bring out player avatars like Villager being in Smash 4, because, yes, player avatars count as legit characters.

I don't support Ridley but do you know how many Smash characters have zero personality

Just wanted to say that I'm SO GLAD you're doing Smash 4 comics! I just adore all of your comics but the Smash ones have an extra special place in my heart =3

I vaguely remember telling Katie that she couldn't resist drawing a space pterodactyl in formal wear. She resisted for like an entire year.

When I first saw Ridley I thought he was wearing Donkey Kong's tie. xD

Man, I want to say Ganondorf is way more evil than Ridley. But aside from Link's uncle being killed by a henchman of a henchman of Ganon as punishment for trying to break into the royal palace in Link to the Past, and Ganondorf killing one of the six sages in Twilight Princess, I can't remember anyone ever actually getting killed. That's only one NPC death every five games, and in self-defense both times. A lot of people got frozen in ice or turned into weird creatures or driven from their homes, but he's surprisingly non-lethal for a guy whose reason for wanting to obtain absolute power is so he can "coat the world with darkness."

Well, he kills Link if the player fights him and loses, but that doesn't count.

There's also the timeline where Ganondorf kills Link and triggers the Imprisoning War. The surviving soldiers of the Royal Family rally behind the Sages and seal Ganon away with staggering casualties, which leads to Link to the Past, Link Between Worlds, then Zelda I & II.

And lets not forget most of the inhabitants of Kakariko Village, Queen Rutela, and dozens of Hylian soldiers in Twilight Princess. That game was a massacre.
