That general guy in the fourth panel, does he have owl DNA or is he possessed by a demon? The angle his head is turned does not look natural, nor physically possible, in any way at all.

That's the front of his shirt, he's leaning over. The fact that he's super tall makes it look a little weird. Plus, Volgin can do whatever he wants cuz he's scary.

I could totally see this being an actual exchange of dialogue if it wasn't so clunky and expository.

That's not really very rude at all
It seems like it could be actual in-game dialogue but it relies too much on setting up the punchline with exposition, which is okay for a comic but not for a game
