I hope a big Mario (or Wario) game will have Waluigi playable someday. Waluigi is a character with tons of potential yet he never gets any big roles.

If Waluigi was playable in a Mario game, I would want it to be a 64/Sunshine/Galaxy like game. These kinds of Mario games are my favorite because of how unique they are compared to others. They always have some kind of unique and fun gimmick. I would want the game to have Mario, Luigi, Wario and Waluigi all be playable. Each character would be unique and levels would focus on using them and their abilities.

If Waluigi was in a Wario game, that would be even better. Then Waluigi could be considered a Wario character if he were in Smash. I would want a game much like the Wario Land games. Again, there would be differences in the twosomes' abilities and using them both would be necessary for getting all of that treasure.

Looks like that blue devil assist trophy that shoves the stage and everyone on it into the blastline while simultaneously destroying your ability to see whatever the heck is going on.

Only thing I can think of with a head shaped like that.
