Well, that was pretty uncreative.

It's basically just "LOL HE'S FISHING ON A MUD/FISH AND ITS REALLY A WHALE" without anything else to it. Hell, there didn't even need to be a panel split; just by doing so, it makes the scene a bit less comical at first glance.

And really, it's been 7 months since the Gen 3 remakes. She could be out making jokes about E3, about Splatoon, about setting up a new multi-parter, anything. I get that people can just have busy weeks, but seriously.

And to the half-dozen people about to go shutting me down and calling me a jerk for having a negative opinion on the comic, may I make a request of you: at least do something creative with my comment; maybe turn the recent comic into me fish-trolling. Or maybe shove pictures of FE14 into my inbox to make me go insane. Something other than passive-agressive "LOL U MAD BRO" non-responses.

Yeah, I mean Katie can totally just finish a comic in one day, so why don't we have a comic about E3, like what the hell, it's not like drawing comics takes work or something

On topic: Katie thinks hauling a whale is hard? Think about how difficult it is for the pokemon she's surfing on! He/she has to keep his/her trainer afloat at the same time!

Hi there, I lurk a lot, read all your *cough*AMAZING*cough* edits. When I saw the first panel, for some reason I thought "Yeah, she's totally gonna be struggling to yank it up, but Swamp's the one that'll actually be hauling in the catch", since Swamp's arms were kinda hidden in the first panel. Not quite what I expected in the second panel, but still funny, I guess.

(Even though Wailmer is super light. I mean Christ sake, the thing can be tossed around like a beach ball, but whatever. Guess she needs to pick more berries if she's having trouble pulling out a Wailmer.)
