(and the joke is time paradoxes because how can babies exist alongside adults of the same person?????) (also i regret not using my regular username because now no-one will believe me when i say i inspired a thing on the internet)

If you want to be economical you could turn adult Mario into Luigi and totally change the entire subtext of the comic.
