I remember playing Fallout 3 and giving the hobos a ton of water and nothing. I was expecting a cool side quest but nothing happened. :colbert:

Hey, water requires a lot more work in that world. There's all sorts of explosives sitting around to blow stuff up. So she technically put more effort into helping.
