Awesome one, Katie. I have always thought that war wasn't THAT serious if they could manage to be so friendly to each other.

The Battlefield needs more puppies though.

Kinda old joke and the first two panels are kinda lame, but the last panel just saves everything.

Now that I remember...

I miss the gang from AW, AW2 and AWDS.

I like the comic but my entire being is pure solid, liquid, and sometimes gaseous arrogance which refuses to say anything positive.

Soo... it's a comic and it doesn't suck because the style isn't nauseating and the jokes work for some reason that I can't explain. Also, it's got pictures and stuff.

Ta da, criticism?

edit: also, body parts

I always wondered how the "Infantry" and "Mech Infantry" felt about being commanded by a bunch of kids.

Advance Wars made me feel guilty for sacrificing inexpensive units (Infantry) to protect my expensive units (Advance Tanks)...

...putting a greater value on Tanks than that of Infantry kinda made you feel sucky inside.

Second panel is redundant, third panel should be first, first panel should be last.

Good job on the artwork tho.

Andy in the first panel seems familiar, but I don't know what he reminds me of.
Also, love the drawing of eagle.

This is how I see it:

It seems more logical this way (I had to change the text a bit too).

Actually, I liked it better the first way. It makes just as much sense, and it had Eagle in it :D. He's dreamy...

I've never played one of these games, so forgive me if I'm wrong, but that red/PANK soldier in the last panel looks awfully big compared to the jeep right behind him. It looks like it's RIGHT behind him, and yet, he's bigger than it. On his knees. That's basically my only problem with this one.

The sprite for a mountain, or some water too big to swim across, or an entire freaking city, is about as big as the sprite for infantry. Also, the sprite for infantry shows one soldier, but when watching the battle animations, there's 10 soldiers there if you're at full health.
Oh and yes, ATV sprite is about as big as infantry sprite.
Also, just something bugging me, scenes of tragedy always have grey skies, so that's justified, but in the scenes with the COs...COes...commanding officers, it's yellow.
Why yellow? What's there to be yellow about? Where are they in thosse scenes anyway?
But I suppose it's better than a white background and just gives it a better look so...ignore that I guess.

In war, scale is not an issue.

On the battlefield, you don't have time to think about logic and scales.

C'mon guys, yes it's a giant tank with far more armour than even a rocket should get through, but its at low health, so go shoot it down with your peashooters!
*boom*
