I'm not sure I understand this entirely - but it's very funny.

I remember the bit from one of the "Rambo" films where he puts the gunpowder in his wound and lights it - to cauterize it I think.

Panel 4 has probably the best expression I HAVE EVER SEEN!

It is now my avatar - I reckon Snake could hide some weapons up those ample nostrils!
