Look at all the little pictures. How long did that take you?

Katie made a mistake. The annotation at the bottom says the game is Oracle of Ages, but that's the trading sequence from Seasons.

Also the phonograph is completely useless after you beat the game for the first time, because all it does is give you a hint on how to progress to the sixth dungeon.

Actually, the Phonograph lets you get a hint from a Deku Scrub on how to get the Noble Sword (or Master Sword if you already have the Noble Sword). A Deku Scrub you encounter earlier in Tarm Ruins tells you how to reach the Ancient Ruins.

But really, you don't even need the trading sequence if you already know how to get the sword.

If closed doors make us creative, then I must be the most creative person in the world right now.
By the way, what if you had to use the phonograph to wake up the sleeping guy?

My first thought was that this was Link's Awakening, not an Oracle game. Either way, well done!

Really? I assumed that even if you did the right sequence you wouldn't actually be able to get to the noble sword screen of the lost woods if you didn't do the whole trading sequence.

Nope. I've done it multiple times. However, the trading sequence is needed if you want to buy Potions from Syrup, since she won't sell you potions until after you've traded her the Mushroom you get from Talon.
