This is so true it hurts. I fucking hate the cane of Pacci. Make that all the items in the Minish Cap, except for the absurdly strong Roc's Cape.

I remember thinking about this the other day. Apparently, magic in Hyrule was first used to turn things over. Later, they realized it could actually serve more of a purpose.

But you forget! You can also shoot it into holes and it will launch you up. That's... kind of useful.

Now that I look at it, the cane of paci really is pretty useless.

I think that the many things link finds in his journeys are not always weapons or tools.

In this cause the cane of Pacci... Makes me think it was just a really old wizard toy. It's not powerful, in anyway, but you could flip cats and such. Considering Hyrule lacks internet, cable, video games, etc... Young wizards or even young children that shopped from wizard needed something to entertain them selfs with.

The Wind Jar though... I have had many, many, many fun ideas with that.
Potato gun, cat launcher, dress remover...

A Roc is a gigantic monstrous bird akin to the Helmaroc King. Infact, just typing this made me realize its name was Helma-(helmeted) Roc. So there you go!

uh... I'm a traitor. I found the comic hilarious, quite frankly. what I like about Katie's comics is that you don't have to have played the games to find them funny.
