These Boots Were Made for Walking

Based on the glitch in FE 8 that lets you get infinite boots in the Lagdou Ruins. Joshua and Ephraim stumble upon Amelia promoted to a general, sitting on the ground surrounded by countless pairs of boots, struggling to cram a second pair over her first.

Joshua: What in the name of Audhulma...
Ephraim: Amelia, er, what are you doing?
Amelia: I'm tired of everyone leaving me behind. At first I thought I needed better boots, but now I realize I just need more.
*Joshua and Ephraim exchange confused looks*
Joshua: Amelia, you know that's not really how it works.
*next panel Amelia is wearing five or six pairs of boots, sprinting alongside Ephraim as he gallops into battle, looking very startled*

So I had this idea while playing Fire Emblem: Revelations. In the other two Fates games, depending on your choice, you could Master Seal your avatar character up to Hoshidan Noble or Nohr Noble. So when I got to that Master Seal choice in Revelation...well, BOTH are an option.

This seems really ironic to me, considering the entire Path of Revelations is about NOT CHOOSING BETWEEN THE TWO SIDES.

So naturally, I thought of your comics, and essentially imaged it being like:

(Avatar is excitedly charging up Master Seal)

(Avatar sees the two options)

(Everyone from both sides of the army stares excitedly at Avatar while Avatar sweats profusely)

Jet Lag:
In Lanayru Desert, Link activates a Timeshift Stone, creating a timeshift zone around him. Up in Skyloft, we see that the timeshift zone has extended upwards indefinitely. A random guy riding a Loftwing flies into the timeshift zone. The Loftwing turns into an egg. The guy falls off.

Dream Theater:
A Charizard wakes next to its mate and its brood of Charmanders. It frolics in a field of Berry bushes with its family. It soars in the sky among clouds. Bite marks appear in everything. The Charizard wakes up in the middle of battle. Gengar used Dream Eater.
KATIE: "Stop falling asleep in battle and this won't keep happening to you!!"

A mother's day themed comic where Rosalina is arrested by child services for having her children fight for her.

Stock Lock

Mon!Katie walks into a Kecleon Shop.

"Oh sweet, a Reviver Seed!"

Mon!Katie puts it in her bag, then checks her wallet to realize she's flat broke.

"Aw, guess I gotta drop one then."

Mon!Katie drops a different Reviver Seed than the one she picked up and goes to leave.

Kecleon stops her. "You need to pay for the merchandise you picked up!"

Mon!Katie looks confused. "But I put down another Reviver Seed, by all accounts your paid for."

Kecleon calls her a thief, proceeds to punch her in the face.

I have an idea for a Bloodborne comic, but I'm not sure if it has been done before.
The comic starts very serious in tone, as we see an old hunter discovering an eldritch truth and gaining knowledge from the old ones.
He discovers the truth and goes mad for it. We see him slowly descending to a dark path, alienating his family and friends, and eventually becoming a total recluse, ranting about the will of the old ones.
At some point, he ends up dying. In my head, I see multiple almost identical panels of him decaying from a dead man, to the skull known in-game as the Madman's Knowledge.



Then on one panel, when his skull looks just like in the game, a shadow approaches, and we see a player Hunter picking it up.

Followed by the last panel where we see the hunter with a silly expression on his face, shoving the skull to the bath messengers saying "I WANT THOSE! while pointing to a pair of pants

Not sure if it's funny or not. Maybe you need to play the game, but I cracked up when I thought of it.

Weapons O(S)P
Venom Snake sneaks into an enemy compound using a temporary stealth camo.
He uses the Hand of Jehuty to pull over a patrolling guard and recruits him using the Wormhole fulton upgrade.
A guard who noticed the bright light runs over only to be shocked by an electric decoy.
Snake is eventually seen driving away from the compound in a Diamond Dogs insignia'd tank while a helicopter provides support fire. The base has decoys and gas mines and cardboard boxes everywhere, and the enemy guards are totally overwhelmed. Kaz is watching from the chopper and saying something like "Can this really even be considered a stealth operation anymore?"/"Am I the only one who remembers what weapons OSP used to mean?"

So I was playing Legend of Heroes (JRPG), I went to rest in a bed with two other party members with me. Thought that was a bit weird, since there was one bed and three people. That has occurred in a few other games I've played, not that I can remember any titles off the top of my head.

Support Confrontation
Sain and Kent are on their horses, on the battlefield, chatting to each other.
Sain: "So anyways, I says to Dorcas, 'Listen, there's no way a horse with a hump that small can fit through a door that big.'" blah blah, actual conversation is irrelevant it just needs to be inane

An enemy sees this.
Enemy unit: Perfect! They're so distracted talking to one another, it'll be easy to take out at least one of 'em!
Shoots an arrow at Kent

Frame shows Sain and Kent's support level is "B", granting x amount of avoid and crit-up passively. Kent's horse somehow leans far enough over to avoid the arrow without Kent or his steed otherwise adjusting their positions at all. It whizzes past Sain's head.

Without missing a beat, Kent retaliates with a thrown javelin, which pierces the archer's chest, then goes back to conversing with Sain.
Kent: Sorry, where were we?
Sain: "Dorcas had the horse by two of it's legs. So anyways, he takes the horse inside..."

Dig Dong Ditch (Pokken Tournament)

A Machamp and a Garchomp are fighting in the Blue Dome.

The Garchomp uses Dig. Machamp sets his arms up for a block.

Garchomp doesn't come back up. Machamp walks over to the hole, and sees water at the bottom.

Machamp scratches his head in confusion. Meanwhile in the background, Garchomp is being carried away by a Tentacruel/Wailord/group of aquatic pokemon/the ocean currents.

Super Effective Treatment
Katie brings in an injured Salamence to the Pokemon Center. Nurse Joy examines the wounds and says "Put some ice on it and it will be fine."
Cut to the Salamence dead with a bag of frozen peas on its injuries, with the text "It's super effective!".
This really works with any Pokemon with an ultra weakness to ice, but I use Salamence here as its ORAS and probably the most intimidating of the bunch.

id love to have seen a comic on cloud and bayonettas inclusion

Lie Alert
Snake is sneaking around Camp Omega. He sees a jeep and a patrolling guard.
He throws magazines to distract a soldier to cross a road. However, he throws a second magazine that distracts a soldier driving a jeep, causing him to run over the first soldier. Snake panics and hides.
The jeep driver gets out, investigates the body and nervously announces on radio "Uh, we've got a dead body. There's probably an intruder. S-stay alert.".
Cut to Snake hiding and panicing while soldiers all around him start searching for an intruder. The jeep driver soldier is whistling nonchalantly while driving away.
