Yeah, it has A use, as in one (UN PRECISELY VON) use.

It a way, it IS like the Spinner, only I think the Spinner looks cooler.

Almost every item in the game had only one-two uses, and that was for the temple you got it in.

I liked the dominion rod simply because it continued the proud Zelda tradition of having amazing magical wands do seemingly remedial tasks.

I personally liked the Ball and Chain, as near useless as it was in actually combat, it freaking rocked!
