The main punch line was supposed to be that there are so much tanooki tails that even the tails have tails. I believe that none of the tails in that comic have any tails.
Also, why did you put comical in quotes?

Con-fusion:
Link fuses Kinstones with someone.
LINK:"Wow, this kinstone is going to bring such happiness!"
Kinstone makes lake dry up, revealing secret entrance. Crops die from the drought, causing a famine.

The punchline of "omg all the tanooki even the tails have tails" is only one step further than "omg all the tanooki everyone has tanooki"; Beyond that, your idea starts walking on the exact same path by first showing the gooomba, then a bullet bill, then Bowser. It shows up in that same order in the BitF comic.

I put comical in quotes because while I didn't find it funny, that seemed to be the intent, + others might have been amused by it.

Bird Brained, Dragon Born:
Lydia the Housecarl brings Dovahkaatie supplies for alchemy. The Dragonborn starts eating the ingredients.
LYDIA: "What are you doing my Thane?"
Katie's cheeks swell up and she vomits a completed Restore Stamina potion into a bottle while speaking.
KATIE: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAllllllCHEMY...*burp*."

Con-fusion (Part 2):
Link fuses kinstones with someone. A chest appears. Link runs across the map to get it. Finds another kinstone. Fuses that kinstone with someone. A chest appears. Link runs across the map to get it. Opens it and finds a kinstone. Fuses that kinstone with someone. A chest appears. Link runs across the map to get it. Opens it and finds a kinstone. Fuses that kinstone with someone. A chest appears. Link runs across the map to get it. Opens it and finds a kinstone. Fuses that kinstone with someone. A chest appears. Link runs across the map to get it. Opens it and finds a kinstone. Last panel is a bag of kinstones flying out a window.

Hard Copy:
Link charges up a spin attack on a glowing tile. Steps on an adjacent tile and spins, creating a copy. Link is killed by his copy's spin attack.

I'm thinking there could be a huge series of Binding of Isaac comics showcasing some of the weirder item combos, even what ifs of some of the ones that don't work.
On that note, there's also outfits in The World Ends With You. It would have been nice if that game had dynamic outfits.

There should be something about how there was a baby in a pile of food a while back

Spirit Blue Book Guide/Spiritual Financial Adviser/Faustian Fuel:
Two comics take place side by side. Luigi asks what Professor Gadd does with the portraits made of ghosts. Link asks the Lokomo sage what the Spirit Train runs on.
GADD/SAGE: "Never you mind."
The two comics become one as the sage gives the professor a sack of Rupees while Gadd hands over a stack of trapped ghosts.
The comics split again. The Lokomo toss the portraits into the furnace. Gadd uses the Rupees to buy research supplies.

Bad Gratitude:
Link gives Batreaux some gratitude crystals.
BATREAUX: "Wow! I'm so grateful that I could-"
Another gratitude crystal appears.
BATREAUX: "You got another one so quickly? I'm so grateful that I could-"
Another gratitude crystal appears.
BATREAUX: "You got another one so quickly? I'm so grateful that I could-"
Last panel is a picture of Link and Batreaux buried in gratitude crystals.
BATREAUX: "I'm so grateful that I could-"
LINK: "You could shut up."

They're not bad, but they're not particularly great either. Hone your edge, homie.

Katie only pulls an idea out of here a couple times a year, and you guys post like five thousand a week.

Since the first Mario Kart 8 DLC pack is out...

No Outside Items!:

Lakitu Marshal (the one who starts the race) brings up concern with Mario if it's appropriate for Link to be coming into the race with his Master Sword.

Mario dismisses the question (being lenient since Link's a new racer) and asks what could possibly go wrong.

Next several frames are of Link swinging his sword around carelessly as he tricks off ramps, causing alarm/annoyance to the other racers nearby as they try to dodge and swerve out of his way.

Link's now in first place and tricks off a blue glider ramp.

Close up on his face which shows exuberance and eyes closed as he gives out a loud "HYAA!"

His eyes open and his expression changes to pure shock and terror.

Zoom out enough to show that he cut off his glider and the kart is now starting to nose dive. Link's already falling out of his kart and released his grip of the Master Sword as his arms are partially, yet hopelessly, reaching for the glider in an expression of "What have I done?".

Zoom out even further to show Link still falling into the abyss with the Lakitu Marshal attempting to save him as the the top portion of the frame shows everyone else still racing/tricking off the blue ramp, bringing Link into last place

Oh, yeah! I could do that, too! Let me just--

Oh. Right....

Now it's Sulk Time! (Smash 4)
1. Zero Suit Samus is walking near Pit, carrying her paralyzer absentmindedly.
Pit: "Yo Samus!
2. Check out my new move!" Pit is holding the upperdash arm as if flexing his muscles.
Shulk is in the background.
Shulk "pfft."
3. Focus on Shulk. "That's nothing!"
4. Shulk poses and extends the laser blade out. "This is the power of the Monado!"
5. Samus: "Ooh, let me try!" She's messing with her paralyzer.
6. Samus: "This is the power of compensating for something!"
She's mimicking Shulk's pose with her paralyzer turned into whip mode, the whip drooping flaccidly.
Pit and Shulk are blushing and humiliated.

Grey Choice

Star Child heals, then challenges Commander Shepard with the last of the synthetics who tried to wipe out all organic life in the galaxy millions of years ago.
King Mondo.
Shepard: 'Well, it's better than nothing.'
