AWKWARD ZOMBIE

Somehow, in some indefinitely insignificant way, I feel sympathy for you. I too am afflicted with Artists' Scowl, and involuntarily begin flipping people the bird with my facial expressions whenever I sketch in public. I'm just one more fan, but hello. I'm Dreilex, fellow arter, posting in your forums. This is CNN. THIS IS CNN.

Yeah I do that a lot too. I get put off if people watch me drawing so no one's ever told me but I definitely feel it. Especially with shocked expressions, then my eyes dry out. I also forget to breath when concentrating, so I'm usually faint when I'm done.
I wish I was left handed... I try but it all ends up scribbles.

I more or less hide in a corner while I draw so noone ever gets to look at my strange faces.

I do the same thing, but I also do different things. ..What a horribly stated sentence, what I meant to say was that I do other things in addition. One of my eyes is sharper than the other for detail, so often I'll lean in and look with only one eye open. Other times I'll lean back and shut the good eye, but leave the other open and unfocused to check composition and how well colours go together. And I usually go around hanging my mouth open and jutting my chin a bit no matter what I'm drawing. This combined with the fact that I draw tall eyebrows a lot pretty much translates to THIS MAH DRAWIN' FACE:

I don't do the face thing (not that I know of, anyway. It's kinda hard to make the same face as a long snouted creature), I do model positions with my hands/arms, which can get veeerrry interesting (especially with quadrupeds).

Ha ha ha! Totally happens with me!

I tried drawing a Star Wars comic once. I was going to bring it downstairs, but I was doing the bit with;
Darth: Luke, I am your Father...
Luke: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

I don't sit like that or make faces.

I sit in front of a screen and draw straight into Adobe Illustrator using a mouse and keyboard.

Wacom tablets are for amateurs - bezier curves are the way to go babeh!
