I just finished reading all of TwoKinds right now. It was good, certainly not a horrible webcomic, but... a few things really irked me. Firstly, the characters were horribly flat - they followed the same sample behaviour, with little deviance, and the entire differentiating factor between the good guys and the bad guys is that the bad guys are all practically hitlers! And there's the huge amounts of fanservice and sexual themes... which didn't bother me as much as it should, actually.
And then there's the pet peeve of mine in upstanding member of society comics: defining 'upstanding member of society' as a race! I don't mean having an anthropomorphic animal as a race, I mean having all animals as one race, despite the blatant... sheer impossibilities of everything regarding that! What it should've been like is where one type of anthropomorphic animal (preferably NOT a direct interpretation of a real-life animal) counts as one race, and is treated the same way that, say, a halfling in a regular fantasy setting would.

Obligatory example comic

Slightly Damned is a good webcomic, and it's artist frequents the forums much more than it's regular forum people do. You can expect a reply very quickly if you ever wished to speak with her; as you can guess, I do frequent those forums there.

Obligatory second example comic

Why are we linking good webcomics in a bad wecomic thread?

Why are we linking good webcomics in a bad wecomic thread?

Why are people having opinions in a worst webcomic thread?

It's not besting if they're just discussing amongst themselves what comics they like and don't like. :|

Because in the case of "anthro" comics, we needed a point of reference and proof that they are capable of being good.. or at the very least, average.

I think we've also exhausted our supply of bad webcomics.

Has anyone posted Consessions? In which case, oh, we haven't even hit the tip of the iceburg yet.

But it seems like it could really use a good upstanding member of society webcomic just to act as a point of reference.

It's called Twokinds.

The problem with upstanding member of society Comics, is they are like Sprite Comics...

While it's possible to do a good one... the sheer volume of crap and stupidity overwhelms the good.

... Also, it kinda causes problems because upstanding member of society is about the sex.

You can have arbitrary anthro characters, like ye old Looney Toons or whatever, and make a solid "upstanding member of society" comic. But yeah, that isn't so much "upstanding member of society", as it is a comic that happens to have anthro characters in it.

We have gone through Boston and Shawn, Sarah Zero, Hathor the Cow Goddess, Ctrl-Alt-Delete, The Easy Breather, Least I Could Do, Shredded Moose, Dominic Deegan, Pastel Defender Heliotrope, Law for Kids, Jack, The Dragon Doctors, and Concession.

Have a look at Triquetra Cats, if you're all starved for fresh thread-relevant discussion. For your convenience, here is a page where one of the protagonists appears to be regurgitating a baseball bat.
