I've been waiting for an opportunity to use this....

...even though I'm the one who started this whole mess...

See, and here I thought Four Swords Adventures led to A Link To The Past.

You know, because of the budding Dark World in FSA.

And the power of the Seven Maidens sealing Ganon away.

And a Ganondorf becoming Ganon by getting the Trident he prominently wielded in A Link To The Past.

But it turns out that A Link To The Past doesn't even exist in the same branch of time as FSA.

???

Fun Fact:

The entire Zelda Universe is actually inside the mind of Professor Layton as he sits in a padded cell after encountering an unsolvable puzzle.

That explains all the dungeon puzzles and gimmicks

I care exactly enough to discuss it here, but not enough to go to another thread to continue the discussion.

Also, Layton's run into an unsolvable puzzle before. And all that happened was he looked at the dude funny and basically said "Did you really just try to pull that crap?"

Ah, but there's a difference between unsolvable puzzles and a puzzle that was made to be unsolvable. For the latter, finding out it's unsolvable is the solution while the first does not have a solution.

Has anyone here seen the Eternal Diva movie? I haven't because it wasn't until recently that I finished the Specter's Call and was afraid of spoilers.

I have. I saw it before I played Specter's Flute because there weren't any major spoilers in it, only the fact that Emmy is with Layton and there's a masked man named Descole running around who is Layton's rival.

The most spoilery part of the movie would be the intro having Don Paulo in disguise and Flora with Layton, but those are kinda old spoilers for the series.
