It's easy to make bad puns if you just wing it.

They may be, but then again, these are the kinds of stuff that Link us all together like the awkward hhappy family we are. :D

EDIT: Why the friggafrack does the forum change the word "hhappy" to "pop flyin'", forcing me to put an extra 'h' in the front to get me the proper word I want? What is this witchcraft, guys? XD

Well I find that changing a single word in this can change the joke entirely.

Also for future reference what font is used in these comics?

You can disable word filters if you don't like them. So the people who want them can keep them, and those who don't don't need to deal with it. Making everyone perfectly pop flyin'.

I like the word filter. It adds a bunch of flavor to this place. If I really want someone to see the original word, however, I just add empty BBCodes in the middle of words that I want to keep.

I think LockeZ usually means well and what he's saying there is that it's perfectly fine not to have the right font. We're making comic edits, after all, not art forgeries ;-)

Helvetiva Neue Bold Condensed(?) size 13-ish(?) or something(?)

I don't need empty bb codes to be happy

Edit forgeries. Tasty, juicy edit forgeries.

It's a soft hyphen ;-)
The intended use for that character is to specify that a word may be broken-wrapped at that point if the line gets too long. If the word is actually being broken-wrapped (seriously I don't know how that's called), the hyphen is printed. Otherwise, it is not displayed. Which is a property I shamelessly abuse.
I regularly use it to prevent things from being parsed when I don't want them to be parsed.

I don't know what the problem is with the word-changing wizardry. Especially in the middle of a pun chain. A pop flyin' pun chain. Geddit? Birds?
