Let me just say: fuck the spinner.

That item was used a grand total of twice, and unlike the dominion rod, which had a specific function that in its absence made the rod useless, the spinner taunts you with a weak little spin, which if you get REALLY CLOSE can possibly do damage.

I nearly cried.

I think this is a situation where the game actually handles it better. The statue swings, and Link just kind of jerks. You can just imagine the sound effects, "Urk!" and "Bonk!" with it. Katie isn't really making a joke about the game, she's just taking the game's joke and drawing it. Kind of like the curry comic(s).

Panel two is good times, though.

I'm not even going to ask.

Annnyway, I'm glad Katie finally put up a Zelda comic. I was starting to drown in all the WoW comics, primarily because I don't play WoW.

And the domination rod was about as useless as that freaky chicken thing that always stalked you. Seriously... I never used her... She just sat in my little inventory wheel staring at me like she was going to murder me.

VGCats comic explanation - Ooccoo was spawned by alcohol, and LOTS of it. Same thing as some of the Epic Movie creatures' backgrounds.
