Allright. I live in The Netherlands, but I'll try to use english.

The proces of a single celled organism reproducing is caled mitosis. Mitosis included six phases: Interphase, prophase, prometaphase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase. During interphase, the cell splits its centrosome for in the promatephase. During prophase, the centrsomes start to move away from eachother and the chromosomes inside of the cel core become visible. Next is the prometaphase, where the cel core breaks and the chromosomes are free. eanwhile, the centrosomes hav each made their way to two opposite sides of the cell. After this comes the metaphase. During the metaphase the chromosomes have lined up in the middel of the cell between the centrosomes. The centrosomes now also have lines connecting them to the chromosomes. Anaphase is where the chomatides have been pulled away from their significant other, and are being pulled towards their centrosome. Lastly, there's the telophase, where the chromatides have been pulled away from eachother and now they are developing a cell core membrane. The whole cell is also splitting now. Between each mitosis the cell just grows.
