There was this one weird comic this comic is reminding me of where it was about a dragon council and then they wanted to inbreed dragons with lizards or something. Last panel was a male dragon patting a small bed and the female looking lizard saying "Oh come on!". ...yeah I didn't get it much since it was saying "lizards can inbreed with dragons" since there's clearly something wrong with that...
