The guy in redgold armour now has a nose. The smallest edit for joke yet.

Edit: well I should have read page 3 before posting.

You know, there have been instances where people wear the same uniform and are still distinct.

Case in point:

Yes but that requires:
- Interesting and clever character design
- Voice acting in more than 1% of scenes
- Actual personalities
- Not just drawing every character exactly once and having all of them in exactly the same pose
- Characters being more than half an inch tall on the screen during fights

...Well then I guess it's easier for an anime than it is for a video game, huh?

Not exactly.

An anime, usually, has about 13 episodes that keep some amount of a person's attention for around 21-24 minutes each episode. They have to get in there, tell a story, and then get out. That's true for a lot of TV shows.

A game, on the other hand, has to keep a player entertained for 8-10 hours on average. Within those hours, everything is determined by the player from just whizzing through the game and getting to the end while not giving a daisies about the story, or taking every opportunity to learn about every single character's history, motives, and whether they like Men At Work or Tears For Fears.

So what are you saying, that video games require more distinct and unique character designs while cartoons require a little less of that due to their different runtimes?

I'm sorry, it's 1 AM where I am right now; I'm pretty much about to keel over, so pardon me for being confused.

Actually, every comic needs Ridley in it.
Speaking of which, have some more Ridley Emblem.
Image
I find it disturbing how easy it is to put Ridley in the Fire Emblem comics. The fact that he only has 3 frames (with only 2 of them actually being useable) and yet that look of distress can fit almost any situation in these comics.

To be perfectly honest, I have NEVER seen an anime that only lasted 13 episodes. Not to mention most animes are ridiculously long running.

For example:
-One Piece
-Pokemon
-Dragonball/Z/GT
-Case Closed

And then there are shows like Yu-Gi-Oh which WON'T END despite the fad is long dead.
