I wasn't thinking of a squid, but if that is what you see in it... As for the question if he just changed; they are talking about how things can be edited afterwards. So one interpretation could be that the green guy has edited the second picture afterwards. Another option is that the green guy is thinking about how he can edit this scene and that's why he sees his colleague as a sea creature instead of realising they are in danger.

Feel free to come up with other interpretations.

I love the idea for this comic, but this was probably one of the worst examples that could have been used. This was one of those instances where he didn't switch sides just because someone told him to. He had plenty of reasons to switch sides: the girl he's about to kill is his childhood friend, and then there's the fact that he's been in denial about the Begnion army's behavior just to name the two big ones.

Otherwise, this is pretty funny!
