I'm still procrastinating the shit out of that guy. Then again, I do that with every megaboss. The Dragon and Poseidon from the Lost Age were a bitch...

What's weird is with every boss, it becomes a game of which chronology of attacks and defenses work the best while the random monsters are a spamfest on the melee attack option.

Dark Dawn is kinda lame compared to the previous two, yeah. Original and Lost Age were quite frankly some of the best games I've ever played though.

Looking forward to more!

Why can't I see a difference in any of the edits.
Also, avatar snag.
EDIT: Never mind, I see the subtle differences.

The first panel of this comic put the biggest smile on my face because of the adorable djinn. Seriously, look at those cuties.

On the whole planet choice thing, I always thought they didn't use Earth for Venus djinn because they lived on earth, and saw it as a combination of all the elements. But then I remembered they don't have an earth--the world the people live on is called Weyard, and it is bodaciously flat, just like the Romans thought Earth was.

To be fair, most of planet Earth is covered in water.

This just reminds me that Deadbeard is pretty much bodaciously impossible. Every single time I think I've got something working, he goes and uses Break and then Freeze Prism for multiple sad.

I also thought Dark Dawn was pretty good, although I'll admit that GS1 was probably better.

also why/how is Isaac talking

Isaac can talk! Just only in Lost Age when he's not the viewpoint character anymore :p.

Also, lol at the omake.

Isaac got a line in the orignal game, right after you beat the fusion dragon.
It's ....

Also, you can get him to say "Yes" or "No" whenever someone asks him a question.

A golden sun comic, this is so unexpected ad yet so awesome.
Also I can't wait for the sequel to Dark Dawn.

Also, is it just me or do the Earth Djinn look like they're related to Joltik?

I've played dark dawn. Katie doesn't know how many people actually played some of the less mainstream games.

I hate how it's so sequel baiting at the end, I totally forgot about the weird black-hole things and then the end cut-scene happened and i was all "shit i don't have cheddar for more video games! daisies you Camelot!" Still i'm gonna buy it when it comes out. I hope they fix the text so it's less annoyingly long to read.

You can bodaciously get a game over if you say no in the first game when the wise one asks you to save the world. *note: never spam the "B" button when replaying the games from the beginning. There is so much text but if you press the wrong button you can screw yourself. I hope Camelot adds a skip text option like hold button "X" and the text will speed by until you're asked a question.

I swear to god i made an account and then it disappeared. I wish there was a forgot user name option.

I think it was already explained in this thread, but when I read it, I didn't understand the comic at all. So I guess the punchline is simply that the game mixed up planets with their associated elements? Yeah that's... not really a too good comic this time around.

And both of the first two "edits" are simply fixing the mispelled word? okay
