the water dungeons are the worst dungeons in the game. those fish only made the TP version worse

Anyone else here spend an ENTIRE NIGHT trying to figure out how to complete the water temple?

I just kept missing one clawshot button. For a whole night.

The water dungeon wasn't that bad once I figured out the reason for all of the canals and how everything worked.

It's funny because Styx is a band.

...right?

I love this whole comic, especially this one. I totally thought that there would be some "special" fish to catch there too, abut no. The comic is so funny because its so true.

It took me two trys to figure out that Link had his feet in the water before he caught the fish, then his feet were out after he caught it, because he was afraid that the fish were going to eat his feet.

And I have yet to catch those evil little buggers.

Try an entire day for me. I kept missing all kinds of stuff, because they were on the ceiling and I didn't think to look up there. I missed one of those stalagmites or whatever they were and got stuck, I missed one of the levers, got stuck, I missed several of those buttons, and got stuck.

I hated that temple so very much. X_x But the boss fight was pretty cool, although easy.

I actually had a pretty easy time with that one.

I didn't have that much trouble with that one, actually. I loathe the water dungeons in all the other games, though. I did try to catch the fish, but I was too impatient to wait for them to bite.

I spent five whole minutes trying to catch a fish there.
Then I realised they were illegal.

I was prettymuch rustled.

oh I knew how everything worked, that was no problem, I hit a dead end, me and my friend looked everywhere for some other way, speant a few hours looking, finally I went to the 'dead end' to see if we missed anything, a ladder, a flipping ladder, in plain sight, we missed that, go ahead, laugh at the stupidity of me and my friend, we sure laughed xP

I got the most stuck in the room with the giant spinning.. what, gears? I remember I tried so hard to find Clawshot spots, then tried to accidentally get on top of the gears.
Yeah, I failed.
Also, the keese in that room (or whatever flying baddies) killed me at least ten times by making me fall to my death...causing me to lose half a heart.

I got stuck FOREVER in OoT's Water Temple. I ended up having my brother do it since I'm lazy like that.

I did beat the boss on my own, though. It was a very satisfying boss kill as well.
