There is a quest where you recieve a top hat as a reward, every Worgen I see is wearing it :psyduck:

Well, there's also the Ghastly Gibus that anyone can wear, but it's a bit trashed, not a very classy top hat.


And the quest for worgen to get the top hat is in the starting zone. Death Knights and race changers don't get it, SUCKERS.
