Panels 3 and 4 look like some sort of Naruto battle. It also doesn't help that she's fighting a trainer that definitely looks like a potential background character in that show.

After seeing this I wonder what the maintenance fees are for maintaining a gym.
They must get destroyed at least twice a week.
