I don't think anyone in the Mario universe has his or her license. I mean, shooting fireballs across the track might look cool, but it's not going to score you points with your instructor.

I don't play Mario Strikers, Tennis, Golf, or any other Mario game that involves any sport other than kart racing. I have Double Dash and that DS game. That's it.

i dunno, but they have to be somewhat solid if the're able to hurt you in other mario games, or else they'd just go through you (daisies, that'd make it a lot easier XD)

Technically the boos have "arms" if little Kirby stubs count as arms...no fingers though.

Also 2+2=3 for extremely low values of 2.
