So. I just joined the forums because I wanted to post this edit, which admittedly can be at best described as inspired by this comic.

Actually they're your step-siblings. The King of Hoshido had all four of the Hoshido siblings with his first wife, who died. He then married your mom, who had already had you with a dragon. The King decided to treat you as if you were his own child, and since all of his actual children were still very young at the time, they thought that you were their blood-related sibling, but you don't actually share a single drop of blood with any of them. Which... kind of makes the whole "your blood-related family vs the family that actually raised you" thing they were going for with this game fall flat on its face. I still picked Hoshido though because I heard that the Nohr story is really really really REALLY bad, and after reading a summary of the Nohr story, I agree wholeheartedly.
