I don't understand this concept.

But that may be because I love playing the game on Settler and beating everyone to every single last wonder and then laughing in their faces as I can outvote the rest of the world on every single issue by myself, just from having Freedom and having trade routes with all the city states. +3 reputation per turn forever, on top of all the city state quest completions from constantly spawning great people and completing wonders.

I play with the Faster And Wider Border Expansion mod (when I'm not going for steam 'cheevs) just so I can completely envelop them in a neat little refuse-to-grant-open-borders bubble with just one or two cities, even on a small continents map. Its like playing the Sims and locking them in a house with tons of flammable stuff.
(Also, because maxing out at just 5 hexes out is bullshit. :V)

There can only be 1 of each World Wonder. If multiple civs are building the same one, the first to complete it gets it, and all the other civs have to cancel theirs (you do get the vast majority of the production spent on it back, but you can only spend it on 1 thing. So if there's no other Wonders you can build, and you got pretty far on this one, that means a *lot* of it goes to waste).

Couldn't came up with anything funny, witty or smart so instead I lazily made something silly and not funny. Hooray.

Is this a joke about how American culture invaded Japanese one ? Or maybe the other way around ? Or am I over-reading this ? (Are my sentences even grammatically correct ? Where can you find purple-colored water ?)
