What's with the armored inkling on the right? They're not in any of the promo materials or anything. Is that a thing in the game? It has ruined my plan to get banned for making an edit about a wet t-shirt contest

I don't believe that it's a real costume in the game. The arms especially look awkward, with the three fingers.
But she's probably not going for accuracy here.

I think it's one of the Power Armor pieces. The Power Armor is a clothing set you get by doing the Green Squid Amiibo challenges.

the way that it cuts to a zoom up of sean after he says hi and the inklings don't even respond until panel 3 makes me think they're ignoring him for some reason

guess where 90% of the editing time went (hint it wasn't in the funnymaking)
