I have a Zubat in my box... maybe i should raise it and make it evolved into Crobat, a somewhat passable flying type.

Here's the thing: The game keeps telling you that you need to treat all Pokemon with love. However, some Pokemon have no use whatsoever. So in order to completely go along with what the game says, they either need to retool stats so that all Pokemon are at least somewhat useful in battle. Or they need to include different activities you can participate in with your Pokemon.

Also I wouldn't mind seeing an edit where Jack finds Zubat among the chickens and then chucks him out the window (stupid, I know.)

I just made a forum account here to point out that in reality, most people don't spam wonder trades with the random crap they catch.
Most people spam wonder trades with failed IV breeds. I'm serious I have two boxes full of things I got in wonder trade and only five of them aren't at level 1.

The best one though... was when some guy in Japan found some sort of savestate exploit on the downloadable version of the game and spammed the Wonder Trade one night with level 100 Zyguarde. My cousin got one of them.

Me? Yeah, I spam it with stuff I catch, but sooner or later they wind up in a good home. I'm just waiting for the day when I get one of my own pokemon wonder-traded back to me. Also I name all the stuff I catch. Try to brighten someone's day with a good name. Too bad half the people I trade with don't speak english...

I should post a comic suggestion about the precise reason I have so much stuff to wonder trade with in the first place.
