But the heavy is level 28, and being a Heavy he obviously has a higher base HP.

My college is just like this.

Or, at least the dorm I live in is.

...they applied for "themed housing" and after many convincing conversations with advisors and whatnot, they managed to create "The Cockfighting Society House" at 600 University Ave.

They will be living there next year. Probably doing what is being done in this comic.

I don't know whether to be jealous of them or just impressed.
