I don't really know.

BUT I DO KNOW that I've caught a shiny Pachirisu or however you spell it, only for it to be stolen by a friend who was "making a shiny collection", and that in HG I ran into a shiny Pidgey very early on, and was able to catch it and raise it in my party into a mighty golden Pidgeot.

Also, in Pearl, I ran into a shiny Onix, but I didn't have the balls to catch him.

Wow, I'm glad people liked the animation enough to go searching for music

If anyone wants the individual frames, I still have all six saved

NOTE: This offer is more for those with MS Paint since it makes it a pain in the booty to do anything like that
