Trying to come up with yet another unfunny edit that will only serve to take up space, not be noticed, and waste the time I could be spending improving my grades. Constant b****ing on my part! Yaaaaay!

In the meantime, dare I ask, what can these blood mage guys do, anyway? Please don't say they use blood as a weapon or something.

It's more like they practice a forbidden magic technique that draws upon "life force" of themselves and others instead of the natural "Magic" force of the land in order to empower spells.

Signature spells of Blood Mages often "bloody" but it's never a tidal wave of blood spewing from ones hand.

...

More like an explosive mist of blood everywhere.


Mechanically, it just means it drains HP (your own, and your allies) to cast specifically powerful spells, instead of draining "mana".

That's good; knowing about one "blood as a weapon" character is more than enough for me.
