I always sort of imagined there was or some kind of weird protoplasmic blob, electrical energy force, or sticky strings of fungus inside her suit holding all the pieces together. But now I'm imagining that she lifts up her helmet and there's a smiling metroid there...

She's an Echo Fighter of Samus, which, uh, since you seem kind of out of the loop means she's basically a clone of Samus and uses all the same moves but those moves have slightly different properties, and she's animated totally from scratch so she's all floaty, spooky and rad.

They've had those since Melee, so I'm quite aware of what they are. But I do appreciate you not just assuming I'd know.
I guess she doesn't do the Zero Suit thing when you use her final smash though, so that would be different.
