Ame no Akai posted a thread with a Russian title, and I assumed it had been posted by a SCP. I proceeded to ban Ame no Akai and delete all of his posts before realising that he wasn't a SCP. I went on autopilot and it caused me to delete his numerous posts, which in turn caused the AZ forums to be inaccessible for a few minutes.

I'd like to ask you to not post threads with a title that contains non-latin letters. Russian, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic… Because of the numerous spambots that often use these alphabets, accidents like this one can happen.

I hope I unbanned Ame no Akai correctly, at least.

Ok about the titles

I, along with Great Handsome Oppressor decided that the titles were becoming a pain in the booty, no longer fun, and complaints about titles were even less fun, so we're starting from square one as a result.

I did, however, fail to recognize the fact that some people got their titles as a result of contributing to Xab's kickstarter, so I apologize to those people and ask them to pm me if they would like their titles back.

Titles will from now on be for proletariats, janitors, and the select people that paid for theirs. There will not be any paying for titles unless it is a specific award announced by a mod in relation to some sort of project or fundraiser, and not for the personal gain of any moderator.

Of course, titles may be awarded over time to people for various reasons or for various lengths of time, but requesting a specific title will not be immediately met with the achievement of a title. It will most likely just make you less likely to ever get a title, AND sour our mood towards giving titles to anyone.

Remember, the dumb complaints of certain people have led to this being a thing and decreasing the fun of the whole title thing. Let's not ruin this kinda stuff for everyone by being immature about it, ok?

in general i was the one giving titles to people, gomen, but it was mostly because they said something funny or whatever. i didn't give them WILLY NILLY and because of the new rule i won't be giving them away at all. so PLEASE DO NOT BE A WHINY BITCH ABOUT NOT GETTING A TITLE
