In the first panel, the strap clearly covers his left TRAPEZIUS (the muscle between the neck and arms - laterally, anyway) and in the second, it goes THROUGH it. It doesn't matter that "his shoulders go up", the trapezius was still higher, so the strap should have stayed there.
It's wrong, now stop defending Katie so she can get better.
*shrug* Actually when I think about it like that, the first panel is the one with the problem, because it should be hanging on his shoulders and not wrapped around/clinging to his neck like that, but that's just me. The muscle itself is probably sturdy enough to support a simple robe.
There, now we're both proposing solutions, mate.

Although I seriously doubt Katie gives a crap we're defending her anyways and would focus on the improving part. Not the "It's fine the way it is" part.
