I’m just gonna assume that Katie doesn’t have the 2nd DLC.

I bet the Goron Blood Brothers must feel envious, since they confimed that only Daruk (and I guess Yunobu) have the ability to tread on lava.

Anyways, this looks like a reverse iron boots issue.

Uh, I don't think any armor would protect Link from lava. And I don't think there are any shallow lava pools in the game, either.

I remember in Majora's Mask:
Goron Link is able to walk and roll into lava without dying or be damaged. We don't know if this is special to Darmani's soul, the Goron Hero, or common to every other Gorons. In other hand, touching water is a death sentence. But, Goron in BotW can go in hot water spring: they're evolving!

Gorons don't instantly die when they touch water or anything, they just can't swim.
