Me too, I clicked on the link before reading the warning. It wasn't too much creepy, I slept well, but I don't really want to read the whole manga.

That's the entire thing. It's a one-shot placed at the end of a manga of his. I can't remember what the name is, but it's a horror manga involving fish. He also wrote Uzumaki, which is also horror and completely unrelated to Naruto.

The fish thing is Gyo. It also gave us this.
