Well generally in a normal conversation, someone has to acknowledge the general points first before anything else can be discussed. Kind of hard to argue specifics when "YOUR ARMY IS KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE" gets met with a hefty "eh".

That's just it, she barely mentions why she turns coat, other than "the vestal is more honorable than you thought", and "I seen many atrocities". I'm not even sure she was as general as that. Heck, I had to recheck the dialogue on this one, hoping to be wrong. Nope, family fulla morons.

That said, it was nice little bit of consistency. Tight lips and needless slaughter must run in the family.

After recently completing Dark Dawn, (Chaos Chimera was one of the most annoying things ever. Had to run and get extra Djinn, Daedalus, and Catastrophe to beat it ._.), I can say this amused me. Good first edit!

It's making edits that end with explosions. Blackzero's been doing it for a while, but I gave it a name recently.

As others pointed out: not only is it some stupid trope that's more common in Japanese media(I personally believe they like to abuse this trope, idk really, it bugs me though), but it's lazy storytelling nonetheless.

1. Lord De Rosso pretty much hands the plot to you on a platter in his sidequest, if you look at all the paintings.
2. Really the real plotters of the events of the game pretty much engineered EVERYTHING to be a win-win for the world.
