This battle takes place on Earth. Neither contestant is allowed to leave the outer reaches of the atmosphere. All humans and human made objects are gone. All that remains is nature. Optimus Prime is that of the upcoming film, and Godzilla is that of Final Wars.





I am personally on the side of Godzilla, seeing as he can easily melt him with his nuclear breath, and he is huge like xbox.

Well, you saw what happened to godzilla when they shot missiles and stuff at him in the movies; he/she/it got mad and shot toaster oven breath at the unsuspecting civilians. I don't think a giant morphing truck would suffice to take down a nucleomutized iguana.

My bets are on the giant lizard with nasty breath.

Assuming that TUSoUD is not canon, I'd have to go with Optimus Prime.

Prime could just shoot a missle to destroy the sun, and Godzilla's cold-blooded body will go into hibernation.

And in the process, destroy the entire solar system, along with Earth and Prime himself with the resulting supernova explosion, ending the battle in a tie.

But Optimus Prime would go back to Megatron.
